Last week was good! I got to spend time with my dad. Time with him is priceless. He’s just so knowledgeable about the Christian walk and for The most part hasn’t comprised his faith. He was saved in 1963 during the hot beded civil rights time. No matter what adversities his faith never waivered. The civil rights were in full bloom. During that time he really learned what the power of prayer can do. It’s also why today I have no fears that God will find away. I distinctly remember sitting on the deck with my ever so lovely rock star of a wife asked if I was worried I said no. She said why not I said because I have 100% faith God will heal you. Her dying never crossed my mind. You see I knew she had a story to tell. Well as many of you know she is a Cancer conqueror. I don’t call those who have beat Cancer survivors! When you go thru Cancer I’m sure it’s the toughest battle you have faced. I wouldn’t call that a survivor but A conqueror. But the best part of my week was celebrating the gift God specially made for me. Every year it seems she sacrifices more and more. Being the wife of a quad(quadriplegic) is very difficult not to mention having a teenage daughter. She has been my rock since we’ve been married. 9 years ago! If you don’t mind say a prayer that my CT Scan is clear of infection. If so the plastic surgeon Will do the second part of the surgery closing everything up.
Until next weekend may the Lord be with you!
